By purchasing tickets on our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.
Ticket Purchases
All ticket sales are final. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded unless explicitly stated otherwise in these terms.
The ticket price includes any applicable service fees and taxes, which will be displayed during checkout.
Event Cancellations or Changes
In the event of a cancellation, rescheduling, or significant change to an event, we will notify ticket holders as soon as possible. Refunds or exchanges will be processed according to the organizer’s policies.
Repercusión Latina, LLC is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or any other expenses incurred due to event cancellations or changes.
Ticket Delivery

Prohibited Activities
The resale or unauthorized transfer of tickets is strictly prohibited.
The use of our platform for fraudulent or unlawful activities will result in immediate account termination and possible legal action.
Limitation of Liability
Repercusión Latina, LLC is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses that occur at events.
Our maximum liability is limited to the ticket price paid, excluding service fees and taxes.
Privacy Policy
By purchasing tickets, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Amendments
Repercusión Latina, LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
